My name is Sylvie, I am a  51 year old cisgender woman born in Montreal. I amalso a high school teacher working in special education. Among other subjects,I teach Sexuality Education and Quebec Culture and Citizenship. Over the years,I have become a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA2+ rights and inclusion. I havecompleted training to be able to give talks on these topics in schools andworkplaces. I work hard to educate people with the goal of creating a betterworld—one that is open and respectful to everyone. This is something I caredeeply about. In my free time, I love nature—forests, lakes, and hiking. I alsoenjoy swimming and paddleboarding. I love reading and practicing yoga as well. I dream of a world without judgment, filled with love and compassion for my children and for the entire planet.
